For 15+ years I've been the one keeping complex things running.

Film sets as a 1st AD. Events. Operations for one of biggest villa management companies in Bali with 100+ villas and 170+ staff.

What I learned: chaos is rarely a people problem. It's a systems problem. When the processes are clear, the team relaxes, clients feel it, and the business owner finally gets to breathe.

Now I bring that to small businesses, fully online. I love the things most people avoid: organising, documenting, building workflows and finding where appropriate tools can quietly take work off your plate.
